Healthcare Compliance and Patient Privacy

When using our Gleno software, you must:

  • Comply with all applicable healthcare privacy regulations (including HIPAA, GDPR, and local regulations)
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data security
  • Obtain proper patient consent for data collection and use
  • Ensure only authorized personnel have access to patient records
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Report any data breaches or security incidents immediately

Violation of healthcare privacy regulations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability.

Marketing Services Compliance

When using our marketing services, you must:

  • Comply with applicable marketing and advertising regulations
  • Obtain proper consent before sending marketing communications
  • Respect opt-out requests immediately
  • Ensure marketing content is truthful and not misleading
